TELECOM
SHETLERS
Zeppelin Shelters are technical leaders. We define them as protection
cells for the integration of high - value equipment. These can
also be put into service with any means of surface transport.
Zeppelin
Shelters are lightweight, self-supporting, with metal sandwich
construction and have special profiles for door and jamb. They
are extremely robust, corrosion resistant and are water and dust
proof. Zeppelin shelters have a high seismic resistance because
of unique design features. The generic specifications match the
most common and even special requirements of customers around
the globe.
The
panels for shelters are produced using virgin cold rolled pre-coated
or PU painted aluminium or galvanised steel sheets. Thermal insulation
is achieved by injecting CFC free polyurethane foam under high
pressure using state of the art machines and processes.

The
modular design and inherent strength achieved by this process
for making panels accompanied with extra reinforcement in the
floor panels makes it possible to manufacture and install practically
any size of telecom shelter, at any available ground based or
roof top site with a minimum of civil work.
Zeppelin
also offers extruded aluminium alloy C-rails a multi purpose user
friendly mounting arrangement for equipment racks, cable trays
etc. This versatile system enables easy mounting of racks without
sacrificing strength and integrity of the shelter. The option
to change layout in future, if required, still remains with the
operator without drilling new holes.
A
three way espagnolette-locking system is a unique feature of Zeppelin
shelter door. This specially designed three way locking system
in tandem with a cam profiled wedge (which pulls the door leaf
inside for proper closure) and EPDM gasket, makes the door air
and water tight to achieve an IP 54 level of protection.
Additional sunroof with inherent slope ensures that no rainwater
stagnates on it and also avoids the risk of water ingress. The
additional sunroof also reduces the heat gain / loss by 10 - 15
% thus saving on energy required for cooling / heating.
Zeppelin
also assists its customers to decide on ideal PUF panel thickness
if they provide seasonal temperature data. Jobs connected with
site upgradation, relocation, expansion sharing, survey, electrification
etc. are undertaken on specific requests.
